Very well packaged, tea tray arrived with no damage, looking great. 4 rubber feet provided, which I have attached to to the meshed panel so that it didn't slide or wobble in place. Those were probably meant to attach to the bottom of the tray, but I wish it came with 8 rubber stickers. Otherwise great looking product!

A year ago, I put aside 100 grams of this tea to age, and I'm pleased with the results. Tasting it on June 6th, 2025, I found its liquor to be clean, earthy, and notably sweet, with a very satisfying mouthfeel. A must try at $20 usd.

Absolutely delicious flavor with no bitterness. Ive never in my life had a black tea that i could drink without sugar. I was blessed with a malty sweet potato brown sugar honey liqour. What a beautiful leaf aswell it glitters like gold. Do yourself a favor and try this one out.

The most beautiful teapot i will ever own.The clay is of excellent quality. Gives the sweetest high pitch metallic ring when i tested its sound. It pours with grace. The carving is so handsome. i was born during the year of the dragon, so im elated to have something to honor that. The cloud design is also a really lovely touch.

Overall I liked this tea: it is refreshing, has mild nutty and grassy flavour, however if you like stronger green tea taste you'll need to brew a slightly bigger amount of this tea.

Very good and complex tea but after the second infusion, Maybe it takes time to release its own best.
I tasted woody, earthy, smoky, aged and maybe some fruity note too.
it is slightly sweeter than savory . I felt a little mushy and I could make several infusions.

As a black tea drinker, I found Phoenix Dan Cong oolong a bit too light and floral for my taste. It doesn’t have the roasted character of Da Hong Pao, which I appreciated, but the strong floral and fruity notes felt almost perfume-like to me.
That said, the tea is clearly high quality — the leaves are beautiful, and it brews a clean, complex cup. It’s smooth, not bitter, and has a long-lasting aroma. I can see why oolong fans would enjoy this, especially those who like floral or lighter teas.
Just not my style, but worth trying if you're exploring oolongs.

As someone who loves strong Chinese black teas, Da Hong Pao wasn’t exactly to my taste. The roasted, mineral flavor and lighter body felt a bit too subtle for me compared to bold black teas like Yunnan or Keemun.
That said, I can tell it’s a high-quality tea — smooth, clean, and well-processed. The roast isn’t harsh, and the tea has a pleasant aroma with a lingering aftertaste. If you enjoy oolongs or want something more gentle and complex than black tea, it’s worth trying.
Just not for me personally, but still a solid tea.

I recently tried several black teas from Teavivre, and they really impressed me. Each tea had its own unique taste, and the quality was much better than what I was used to from store-bought teas.
Yunnan Ancient Wild Tree – Strong and smooth with a rich, earthy taste. Felt very natural and full-bodied.
Yunnan Golden Tip – Sweet, malty, and rich. Very enjoyable and easy to drink.
Keemun Hao Ya – A little floral and slightly smoky, but very smooth and elegant. Great for relaxing.
Golden Monkey – My favorite for daily drinking! Lightly fruity and naturally sweet.
Lapsang Souchong Wild – Not smoky like most Lapsang teas. It’s sweet and smooth with a clean, woody taste.
Overall: Teavivre makes it easy to try high-quality Chinese teas. Everything tasted fresh, clean, and well-made. If you're new to loose leaf tea, this is a great place to start.

First of all the perfume rice is delicious and the taste is even better.
Really mellow, not dry, never bitter. Well balanced between herbs, sweet and salty flavor.
I divided 1 toucha in 2 pieces but a whole one is better to completely enjoy that tea. The cherry on the cake: easy to digest, it does not disturb your stomach at all. Excellent tea that seems to be really healthy.
