Yeah, I like this TGY muuuuch more then the Zheng Wey.
Slightly more buttery, way more floral and has a bit of a melon rind fruitiness.
Very refreshing, perfect for the summer.

Its a nice Jin Xuan.
Its very light, lightly creamy and vegetal. Not the creamiest Jin Xuan I've had, but also not the worst.

It really does have a chicken soup nuance. I find there's also a citrus note, which works unexpectedly well with the umami broth flavour. Relaxing, sweet, very little bitterness. Does not hold up to as many brews as I wish it did.

Visually pleasing tea with an incredible scent. Sweet chestnut flavour with a little umami and spinach. Unfortunately I have not found a way to brew this (many variations in temperature and steep times for gong fu) that doesn't turn out with an unpleasant bitterness, but the scent alone was worth the full size purchase. Strongly recommend grandpa style in a cup that lets you see the leaves unfurl.

It's very tame at the start of the session, infusion being pale as if it were from a Silver Needle, slightly sweet with a clear note of young corn on a cob. After a few infusions it starts turning to a vibrant yellow and brings bitterness, a decent amount of it. It still retains that corn and sweet profile but the bitterness overwhelms it soon enough. It also has that floral-sweet note that I'm quite familiar with a young sheng and Yunnan green tea that I can't pinpoint. It turned out to be a good palate cleanser by the end of the session, I noticed a bit of citrus rind oil pepperiness too, but the bitterness was a bit too much for me to enjoy thoroughly.

I was a bit sceptical about this variety of teas. I‘m actually surprised! tried for the first time, earthy and mushrooms taste, not too persistent. I would probably recommend for beginners who are not familiar with pu-erh tea. Maybe I will order in the future, or I will try another variety to test more :)
