An absolutely delightful shou puerh! Smooth, thick mouthfeel with sweet flavors dominating. There are plenty of chocolate notes and a lovely astringency (which I look for and enjoy). It does indeed stand up to many infusions, and I love the convenient mini cake size. My sample was 11 gm, so definitely weigh yours if your brewing style requires strict limits.

Once the dragon ball unfurls, the leaves are full and beautifully covered in their characteristic silver fuzz. The liquor is thick and smooth, with wonderful floral, woody, and honey notes. I first tried this tea through the travel sampler pack and immediately knew I would be ordering more. It's an excellent choice for a daily drinker it is subtle and gentle, but full of character, with a depth that keeps drawing you back for another session.

I ordered a sample of this tea, and it is marvelous. The dry leaves smelled of cocoa. Wet, they smelled like a sugary treat. The tea was sweet with a floral taste. This was my first aged white tea, and if they are like this, I'm hooked. <br />

smells like early spring blossom of flowers on trees.
stronger fresher younger smell compared to other choices
higher stimulant content compared to other green teas.
if you love the smell of trees when they get their flowers after winter is over,
get this tea, its great.

These four porcelain cups are stunning and high-quality. Each one is hand-painted with high details. They are even more gorgeous in person than in the pictures.<br />
They were wrapped realy securely that they arrived in perfect condition.<br />
