I mostly drink black tea but do appreciate a good green. These didnt disappoint and dont be mistaken by how pale they brew, as the flavour is there. <br />
En Shi Yu Lu reminded me immediately of Japanese greens I've had in the past. Upon reading I realised it was due to the steam processing which I was not expecting but definitely sits its apart from other Chinese greens.<br />
Mu Qing Ding was my favourite. The intial profile was fresh and vegetal however what I loved was the distinct sweetness at the end.<br />

I enjoyed them all but these two really stood out so have been added to my wishlist

I got this tea a few weeks ago and finally got to try it. The dry leaves were mostly whole leaves with a few broken pieces. I did very quick steeps, no more than 10 seconds and used slightly cooled boiling water. I would say the water temperate was higher than 90C. I love the floral and sweet taste. It has more flavor than other non-organic white peony teas I had before. I will definitely buy again as everyday tea.

227g 을 구입했더니 21개가 들어있었어요. 저는 약간 느끼하다고 느껴질 정도로, 밥을 물에 넣고 오래 오래 끓였을 때와 같은 매끄러운 질감을 느꼈어요. 약간 크리미 한 느낌이 있어서 조금 신기했어요. 질감이 풍부해서 입안이 가득 차는 느낌도 들었습니다~<br />
맛은 malty와 coffee의 중간 같은 맛이랄까요? 아주 편안하고 매일매일 마실 수 있는 맛이어서 너무 마음에 들어요!<br />
차를 마실 때 디저트를 먹는 편은 아닌데, 이 차는 디저트와 함께 먹어도 좋을 것 같다는 생각이 들었어요. 부드러워서 무엇과 함께해도 다 잘 어울릴 것 같아요. 너무 만족스럽습니다~

This tea is quite something, I call this kind of ripe Pu Erh a dessert tea. It's very smooth, creamy with prominent notes of buttercream and puff pastry with vegetable shortening. Other than that I picked up some dark chocolate note with a warm ginger powder impression. If keeps this dessert-like composure in steeps 2-6 before it starts shifting into the more usual ripe Pu Erh profile with a clean impression in the mouth. The leaves are small and delicate and they extract very quick after the first steep, so those steeping times are getting an optimal result I think. I sampled a piece that was 10g after unwrapping in a 100ml gaiwan.

Award Winning Organic Superfine Dragon Well Long Jing Green Tea 5 gms from a 2026 sample from the 2026 DRAGON WELL TEA FAMILY SAMPLER COLLECTION which was available at a great discount! The wet leaf smell was beany, grassy, vegetal, toasty with distinct chestnut notes. The first brew was amazing gave a thick mouthfeel and we still have a delightful sweetness lingering in our mouths. 2nd brew has a good strong flavor, deeper chestnut and bean notes, sooooo delicious!!! The 3rd, 4th and 5th brews were all delicious but of course lighter but still wonderful. Great Tea, we loved the session and got more than the 5 brews. We a eager to finish off our sample collection of DW LJ's and will then decide which we'll purchase. (already purchased the Shi Feng DW LJ green tea and we are delighted with it.

샘플도 구매하고 2 tuocha도 구매했기 때문에 샘플을 먼저 개봉하게 되었습니다. 설명에는 매우 달콤하다고 안내되어 있으나 저는 왜인지 모르게 전혀 달콤하지 않았습니다. 오히려 좀 건조하고 깔끔하게 느껴졌어요. 하지만 이 말이 나쁜 뜻은 아니예요. 저는 기분 좋은 의미로 말하고 있어요. 약간 맛이 연한 블랙커피를 마시는 느낌?이랄까요? 뒷맛이 매우 깔끔하고 단맛이 강하지 않으니까 계속해서 마시고 싶어져요. (물론 단맛이 강한 차는 그 나름대로 계속 마시고 싶어져요^^) 약간의 스모키한 느낌도 느껴졌는데 전 이게 너무 마음에 들어요.<br />
그리고 맛에서 이런 느낌이 들었던 것과는 다르게 향기는 달콤했어요! 과일 향기 같은게 느껴졌어요. 처음에 샘플 봉투를 열자마자 향기가 너무 좋아서 달콤한 맛을 기대하게 되었거든요. 그 정도로 향긋하고 기분 좋아지는 느낌이 있었습니다~!<br />
2 tuocha를 구매한 게 정말 마음에 들어요. 매일매일 맛있게 잘 마실 수 있을 것 같아요^^!!

This is a really lovely tea. It is my first yellow tea, so I don't know how to compare it to others, but I like the smooth and slightly nutty and smoky flavor.

These are great little cake of white tea. This tea is hard to over steep. I take these when I travel because each mini cake is in a water proof case. I don't buy these for home, because the packaging seems wasteful and there are so many great white cakes to choose from.
